Appointments are required for all services. Effective in October 2012 for medical safety reasons our clinic only sells products to our clients for animals that have been examined by our veterinarian or a referring veterinarian.

Appointment Policy
At the time when our staff creates your client profile or schedules a new appointment they will ask you to provide information about yourself and your animal prior to scheduling your appointment time.  This data is critical for the doctor and technician to be allot adequate time and resources to give your pet the best treatment. If necessary, staff will request your pet's medical records from their previous veterinarian.

Animals are registered in the name of the owner. For the safety of our other clients and animals, please keep all of  your animals on a leash or in a carrier at all times.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered.
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Care Credit). Surgery may require a deposit.

We are unable to provide financing. However, we would be glad to help you apply for CareCredit (financing for healthcare related costs through GE Capital Credit). To sign up, we can provide you with a credit application to apply by phone or online in the privacy of your own home.
At this time we are not contracted to accept any of the animal insurance plans.

We do honor the prepaid receipts from Vermilion County Department of Animal Regulation issued by the shelter on Catlin/Tilton Road at the time of pet adoption.

At this time we do not have a contract to provide any service for the Danville Humane Society at 1225 N. Collett, so rabies vaccinations will be charged at our normal rate payable by the owner at the time of service.

Medical Records
Our hospital will maintain a medical record for your animal that documents all veterinary services performed at our hospital. If you are referred to another facility such as the University of Illinois Veterinary Teaching Hospital your pet's chart will be faxed directly to them by our clinic staff. As the animal's ‘owner of record’ you may request a copy of your animal’s records by phone or email. Basic medical records are provided free of charge.
